2018 TICKET/TABLE INFORMATION

Listed below are all of the event tickets offered for our 2018 event.  They can be purchased on Eventbrite HERE
Please note that author tables and event ticket availability IS limited and are first come first serve. 
Tickets will be available at the door for one and two-day admission for local attendees.

 

*AUTHOR FULL TABLE: $325.00 (plus tax) includes a full 6 foot signing table, a private 3-course meal on Friday for TWO people, 12×12 swag table spot, full access to the 2-day book signing, access to 1-day of educational workshops and panels, keynote speakers, Thursday night VIP murder mystery party, Friday night DJ party, and the Saturday evening Roaring 20’s awards celebration party and dinner. *AUTHOR HALF TABLE$175.00 (plus tax) includes half of a 6 foot signing table, a private 3-course meal on Friday for ONE person, 12×12 swag table spot, full access to the 2-day book signing, access to 1-day of educational workshops and panels, keynote speakers, panels, Thursday night VIP murder mystery party, Friday night DJ party, and Saturday evening awards celebration party and dinner. SOLD OUT. *AUTHOR ASSISTANT TICKET: $75.00 (plus tax) For authors bringing an assistant, model or family member. Includes a 3-course meal on Friday for ONE person, full access to the 2-day book signing, keynote speakers, panels, workshops, Thursday night murder mystery party, Friday night DJ party, and the Saturday evening awards celebration party and dinner.

VENDOR TABLE: $325.00 (plus tax) For photographers, editors, bloggers, publishers, and other non-author publishers. Includes a full 6 foot signing table in main event hallway, a private 3-course meal on Friday for TWO people, 12×12 swag table spot, full access to the 2-day book signing, access to 1-day of educational workshops and panels, keynote speakers, Thursday night VIP murder mystery party, Friday night DJ party, and the Saturday evening Roaring 20’s awards celebration party and dinner.

ALL INCLUSIVE VIP EVENT TICKET: $115.00 (plus tax) Includes full access to the 2-day book signing, keynote speakers, panels,  Thursday night murder mystery party, Friday night DJ party, the Saturday evening awards celebration party and dinner, access to free swag table, 2018 event t-shirt, friday day grab and go lunch for ONE person and special Roaring 20s themed gift bag.

2-DAY EVENT TICKET: $18.00 (plus tax) Includes access to Friday and Saturday book signing, keynote speakers, panels, Friday night DJ party, and free swag table. DOES NOT INCLUDE THE AWARDS NIGHT CELEBRATIONS OR DINNER. 

FRIDAY ONLY EVENT TICKET: $10.00 (plus tax) Includes access to the Friday book signing, keynote speaker, panels,  Friday night DJ party, and free swag table.

SATURDAY ONLY EVENT TICKET$10.00 (plus tax) Includes access to the Saturday book signing, keynote speaker, panels, workshops, author/reader activities, and free swag table. DOES NOT INCLUDE THE AWARDS NIGHT CELEBRATIONS OR DINNER. 

ROARING 20s AWARDS PARTY AND DINNER: $35.00 (plus tax) Includes access to our private Roaring 20s themed evening, author awards celebration and sit down meal. LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE.

      There should be a link to event rite where you can purchase either a fan or blogger ticket. I’m on my phone at the moment so I’m afraid I can’t see the screen. If you need further help please let me know and I will help you as soon as I get home.

    Do authors who wish to attend but who aren’t on panels or who aren’t exhibiting at tables purchase a “Fan” ticket in order to attend? Also, are you accepting proposals for author panels? Thanks!

      Hi Eva, yes you would go as a fan. The panels are already selected for this coming year but we will be working in ideas for 2015 soon.

    Are there one day tickets available for Saturday? My daughter would really love to attend but cannot miss school on Friday and we are really stretching to be able to come to this event (travel, hotel, etc.). I would really love to do this for her…she is a 3.967 GPA sophomore…she’s earned it ( :

    I just purchased my ticket on line, at event brite, using my husband’s credit card to pay. Now it says HE’s registered for the event. (The sign up process never gave me the option to register a person different from the payer as the attendee.) Is this going to cause trouble for me at registration? If so, what do I need to do to fix it?

      Kelsey Keeton was our photographer for the event. You can hit her up on twitter or facebook. She will be sending us pictures as well but I’m not sure if they will include ALL of the red carpet photos

      They are as long as you filled out the form on eventbrite. If this was done then we have a record of your name and there will be an event badge waiting for you at check in. The free tickets are two day access to keynote speakers, signings, workshops, and panels.

      They are legit. Includes two book signing access, keynote speakers. Panels, workshops, author/reader games and a Friday night dj party

      Most of the authors will be signing both days. I think only one or two are unable to sign both days so perhaps contact that author directly to make sure they are available on your attendance day. I sure they would love to hear from you 🙂
